You must make an appointment with the instructor of the course for which you would like to petition to discuss the grade change option.
Bring the form for Change of Grade to your meeting with the instructor. If you both agree that a grade change is in order, the instructor will sign the form and fill in your new grade. Bring the completed form in to the SMD Office (CA 140) and leave it with the receptionist - we will then have the form signed by the Department Chair and forward it on to the Registrar.
It usually takes 3-4 weeks for a grade change to show up on your transcript.
